Michael's Sauces
The recipe for my sauces goes back to my Grandmother from Sicily, passed on to my mama. The sauce with the pasta is a long time tradition in my family, served every Sunday with all the family gathering. The sauce is a blend of sweet and spicy that makes a unique flavor, and is what makes it a Sicilian sauce.
It is our hope that you will make Michael’s Sauces a part of your own family tradition.
Our Story
My pasta sauce is an old family recipe that goes back to my Grandma in Sicily. I learned to make the sauce with my mama in her kitchen. It was a family tradition to make sauce with the pasta for Sunday dinners. Then, I opened a restaurant in Eagle River, Wisconsin, “ Michael’s Italian Restaurant”, and began serving my sauces with my Sicilian dishes. Customers began asking if they could buy the sauce to take home.
This is what led me to bottling my sauces. First the pasta sauce, then the Italian Dressing, and then the Alfredo Sauce. So, in our spare time from the restaurant, my wife, Diana, and I proceeded to canvas stores and markets to sell our products. We have been received well, and are still growing.
We recently closed the restaurant so that we can give our full attention to Michael’s Sauces. My goal is to get my sauces into as many stores as possible for my former restaurant customers and our growing following.

Meat and Meatless Sauces
The sauce is a blend of sweet and spicy that gives it a unique flavor .Sicilian sauces are made sweeter than other traditional sauces. It is a taste not like other sauces you’ll try, and it keeps you coming back for more! Not only is our sauce great over any pastas of choice, use it for different Italian dishes,such as lasagna, egg plant parmesan, baked pasta, chicken parmesan, and stuffed manicotti. And, it also makes for a tasty pizza sauce too.
Red Pepper Sauce
A spicy sauce! The flavor comes from the red peppers and onions added to Michael’s Meatless sauce. So, if you want to spice it up a bit, add this sauce to your Italian dishes. Even if you are not a fan of real spicy, you’ll like this one! This sauce has a blend of sweetness, which Michael is known for, along with the spicy flavor.
Pomodoro Cremosa Sauce
A 50/50 blend of Michael’s Meatless sauce and Michael’s Alfredo sauce, giving this sauce a delicious creamy tomato flavor. This sauce is great for any Italian dishes! Try it with chicken for a delicious chicken parmasan. Or serve it over meatballs, shrimp, or any seafood dishes.
Italian Dressing
the dressing is full of flavor ,with special herbs and spices.besides being a great topping for salad,it can be used in a variety of ways. It is a wonderful dip for breads, makes a great cold pasta salad addition,brush it over chicken breasts to grill or bake. It blends well with other types of salad dressings. You can find a variety of uses in recipes of your own!
Alfredo Sauce
“We made a lady cry (really!). She held a jar of our sauce she had picked up in the store and came up to us, with tears in her eyes and said, ‘My mom passed away 3 months ago and I haven’t been able to get her sauce recipe right and, now I found it! My kids will be so happy! We will miss having your sauce at your restaurant.
