My pasta sauce is an old family recipe that goes back to my Grandma in Sicily. I learned to make the sauce with my mama in her kitchen. It was a family tradition to make sauce with the pasta for Sunday dinners.

Then, I opened a restaurant in Eagle River, Wisconsin, “ Michael’s Italian Restaurant”, and began serving my sauces with my Sicilian dishes. Customers began asking if they could buy the sauce to take home.

This is what led me to bottling my sauces. First the pasta sauce, then the Italian Dressing, and then the Alfredo Sauce. So, in our spare time from the restaurant, my wife, Diana, and I proceeded to canvas stores and markets to sell our products. We have been received well, and are still growing.

We recently closed the restaurant so that we can give our full attention to Michael’s Sauces. My goal is to get my sauces into as many stores as possible for my former restaurant customers and our growing following.

Pick up my sauce and make it a family tradition of your own! It’s already made for you! Just heat up and serve with your favorite pasta!
